-The VCS3 ADSR can re-trigger itself, so it can serve as a low 
frequency oscillator.
-Also, the decay time (I think that's the parameter - mine's not with 
me right now) can be voltage controlled.
-In addition to generating a control voltage, it modulates its own 
VCA (which can't be changed by other control voltages).
