CV/audio mixer for modular idea

I built something like this long ago and use it all the time, it's a _great_
utility module. I've got LEDs for both the + and - halves of the output, so
it works almost like a little o-scope!
Note that I wanted to be able to easily turn a cv all the way off, so I
didn't use  inverting / scaling inputs - because you never know if the pot
is right in the middle. I used an inverted output instead.
