[AH] CV/audio mixer for modular idea

Sounds cool in general. This is a module thet is seriously overlooked in
general.
I think the LEDs might be extravagent, but certainly would be helpful.
My Fenix has several CV mixers, and some of its options might be worth
considering.
- All of them have a unity gain input, which makes it possible to use them
for handling keyboard voltages
- One of them has a switchable offset - -1, 0, 1, and 2 volts. This has an
obvious utility. The downside of this is that on the Fenix, there is no way
to calibrate the offset's offset :') - so 0 v is actually 9 mv on my
system.
