Control Voltage Table - Help!

I wish to build the above to hold CV's in ram for playback to control
analogue modules.

Any text book I've looked at appears to agree that an S.A.R. A to D is the
way to go.

Only problem is I'm not an EE and all the textbooks give is a general
overview and block diagrams.

Does anyone know of a magazine DIY project or schematics of a working
circuit for the same.
