amiga questions

I have a couple questions for you synth diy folks,
Do you know where I can get info on amigas and programs for sampling and 
sample playback, I own an amiga 500 and a 2000 with toaster,
Also i want to find (or build) a 61 note simple midi controller, no gadgets, 
maybe a pitch knob thats all, you know where to get these?
