Gee, so I'm not the only one with a Microsoft-Free Zone(tm) home!
There is a project call gEDA, which provides (or will provide) a complete
set of EDA tools. I think they have finished schematic capture w/ net lists,
I'm not sure they have done PCB layout. This package should run on any
Unix-like platform. See
