rack / blank face plate

I have a FatMan, whose dimensions are  .125 X 19 X 3.5.

I need to puchase a rack to attach it to, as well as a blank face place to
add mods to. I tried searching DigiKey for 'blank', 'face', and 'rack' and
found nothing. On Mouser, I found by searching for 'blank' a "Deltron Stage
Box Equipment 1U and 2U Panel Blank", but it does not give any further
dimensions than the height of 1 or 2U, and when searching by 'rack' I found
a bunch of bRACKets and tRACK things, but I don't think any normal mod
mounting racks. 

Could someone please suggest some place I could order a 2U 19" blank
alluminum face plate as well as a 19" mod rack to attach my stuff to? The
FatMan is 3.5" high, which is 2U (right?), so I think I'd only need a rack
4 or 5 U high. Anyway, where should I look?
