Basically yes. But you certainly noticed the buzz of the last few days
around VCDO, Waveshaping
and Morphing.

Please consider the following :

    - samples are already in EPROM; therefore, processing them digitally
will keep the signal / noise
ratio very high;

    - the most interesting part of the idea is to merge VCDO, Waveshaping
and Morphing functions
into a single module

    - then, any regular VCO with a sawtooth can become a VCDO

    - external audio signals can be also sampled and drive the EPROM

    - different options exist to morph all these signals between each other

    - eventually, other functions than straight crossfade can be used to
morph 2 signals.



How do you do all that with 2 VCAs ?
