Hi,

This IC from Harris comes in 16 pin DIP case. It's a log/antilog
amplifier according to the manufacturer. It includes two JFET op-amps
and two NPN transistors in familiar configuration, it looks
like a part of ENS-76 saw VCO (in ASM-1). You only have to add the CV summing
stage with tempco resistor, the integrating cap and schmitt-trigger
comparator and you'll have a VCO. May be a difficult to obtain part
