OK can't we connect the CV from the front panel right to the patch CV 
and if we would want to store the patch we would press "switch" and 
the CV from the front panel would be sampled and stored in RAM, hey 
presto!

Anyway I'm selling my Juno and buying a p5 or jp6 so I really really 
would like to have the quantisizing effect eliminated.
