I hate to say anything is better but the Commodore Amiga's
speech synth is more versatile.(how's that?) I've got millions
(it seems that way) of mod files and samples. Amiga's should
be cheep these days. Easy midi interface and FREE Bars &
pipes Midi software. A cheep adc and you've got a sampler,
a midi machine, a 4 voice synth and an synthetic speech
source. Best of all the tools needed to build mods and most
any sample you could want are all on the web!
