Yes, you can use a nfet from a 4007. Only use one! (The 3-4-5). Then 
tie-down the rest! The 4007 needs +V/gnd  Seems like a waste but 4007's 
are what? $0.50, 91s and 92's are $1.25 +......(shrug)
