Thanks for that. Most appreciated. Actually though, it's the same version
that I already have. Thought I'm downloading what looks to be a newer
english update?? Kai hastily pasted the english version I've got together
before he few off on holidays some time last year.
I could never figure how to size it to do a 1u 19" panel as I recall. I
don't think postage would be too much of a problem for a 1u high piece of
aluminium but I guess we'll find out. I'm curious if the software can allow
milling to depth? I've always wanted to do front panels something akin to
Focusrite. Not in the way they use those daggy ol' knobs 'n stuff but in
their 3 dimensional pedestal look. Like how every section of their front
panels look like they are raised up on their own piece of panel. Instead of
just drawing a box round each section they actually mill a deep groove into
the aluminium. I really like that. I'd love to be able to achieve that kind
of thing but perhaps a little more square and a little less art-deco. :)
