p5 or jp8?

I guess most of you listers are from the US. Is it a problem to get 
parts for a p5 rev2? I was thinking of buying a p5 rev2 or 3 but there 
seems to be problems with the parts here (holland/europe). So my other 
option is a jp8. All parts of the jp8 are still available and it has a 
dcb. The p5 has only a CV and gate in for one voice and a filter CV is 
that right?


Something else; the moog 24db vcf is cascaded right? I guessed that it 
easily could be rerouted to make it an 12db vcf? But I actually know 
nothing about electronics...
