A voltage controlled dummy head rotator?!!  I would really really like to
see that.  Of course (despite my profound love of analog voltage signals)
it might be easier to convolve your signal with a time-varying filter that
reproduces the  head-related transfer function.  Digitally, like they do in
"VR" games.  ;-)
