Yeah, even if they just gave you a 'Pages:' field like in MS apps where you
could enter 1,3,5,7,9... it would be OK.
The alternative is to get a printer with a driver that supports manual
duplex.
My laserjet 1100 does this - you go into the print options and choose manual
duplex, then print the whole document.
The print driver handles printing just the odd pages, the prompts you to
turn the paper thru 180 degrees and put it back in the paper slot. Then it
prints the even pages in reverse order - works great.
All printer drivers should be able to do this.
