SSM2164 disclaimer

Guys: Don't shoot me I'm only the schematic jockey...

I haven't used or tested the SSM2164 as a sub for the SSM2024. The schematic
is just a first pass at specifying the project. Someone WILL have to build a
breadboard.

I don't care what OTA we use. Send me a sketch and I'll update the schematic.
I just jackassed the SSM2164 in (per Analog Devices cross) place of the now
obsolete SSM2024.

The CA3280 would be my next choice, followed by LM13700 and CA3080. There
might even be a better, propriatary solution. 

The "DIY-PCB" team needs to discuss this.
