WAV file? noway, want it as binary, so I can blow it to an eprom.

That's what I was talking about.
If I anderstood well, you have the tape (or wav file with tape
recording)
and you want convert it into bits. Right now I imagine software
which would do it - like 5-8 hours programming work (I'm lousy at
it).
