I presume this is a tape dump? I don't know offhand the standard way
to encode to tape, but if the audio consists of roughly equal lengths
of certain tones then some simple algorithm might be able to detect
transitions from one state to another and then identify the value of
each chunk of tone. If the binary output doesn't consist of simple PCM
it might not be of any use though...
