hi Scott + other diyers
i have found some of your schemos on the net somewhere, your complex wave
generator is a very interesting circuit. someday after i get all of the
current MBM modules working properly i would like to build that device. the
webring is considered by some to be a "kid thing", but i think it makes
finding related sites a snap, and i've seen some that were rather professional
looking. personally i like that the diy community is growing because it brings
more diversity and keeps an old art alive. being able to share information of
this type benefits us all and the easier it is to find things the more we can
share. besides, seeing as this community is growing, starting a webring now
will be easier than later on down the road. it can also provide a nice solid
foundation for growth. ok let me step off of my soapbox now, i am willing to
donate my time to help develope a synth-diy webring. currently i am extremely
busy but i think things will start tapering off sometime in late May. it might
take until then for everyone to come to an agreement about doing it anyway. i
can do both graphic design and coding/programming or we can split up the work
among members willing to help. whatever. btw i noticed your website is on
xoom.com. i am in the process of moving my site there and was wondering if you
had any gripes about them i should know about. take care. mike.

I have a DIY FatMan mods site. Much of the information could also be
adapted for other synths and other purposes altogether. A ring can't
hurt at all.
