Cem 3340 needed

My advice is to never use chips that have become so rare for *building*
something new. Spare them for all these synths around that might need
replacement for a broken 3340 one time.
This is what I do, at least. (Yes, I have built a dual VCO eating up two
3340's a few years ago myself, but you guessed it: This only means
that the numer of spared that will be required in the future will be raised
by this module.)
