"Moog" correct pronunciation?

 . . . and anyone who has a copy of the Klaus Schulze/Pete Namlook "Dark
Side of the Moog" series of CDs will find that, at the beginning of either
No.4 or No.5 (can't remember which), there is an introduction from the man
himself, giving his name and an e-mail address.

In this instance he pronounces Moog as in "vogue" rather than as in "moo" -
but, hey, does it really matter, we all know to whom we're referring ;-)
