6264 SRAM chips

I have a Linn 9000 that has it's main board loaded, but also has a RAM
card that is only half populated with RAM - 8 of 16 chips. (I don't
believe it's usable as it is, but if anyone has extensive knowledge of
the 9000, please let me know.)
Anyway, the SRAM chips are Hitachi HM6264P and LP chips. Is it okay to
mix the two? I believe that one is for lower power applications,
right? There's also one NEC D4464C.
I've called all my local electronics shops and only found a place that
has an HM6264-BLP. These are about $5.50 each. Is it okay to use
those? Is there another source that might be cheaper? If someone has a
stash of these around, please let me know. I don't believe they need to
be very fast.
Anyone out there make much use of the 9000?
Thanks,
Tim
