>I was listening to the radio today and the DJ started talking about
Moog synth's. He pronounced it as Moh -g emphasis on oh sound. Someone
called in and asked if it was correct. He said he knew beyond a doubt
that he was correct. I have always heard it as Moo - g. The cow sound
Moo with a g on the end.

I had always pronounced it Moo-g But watching the recient documentary
"modulations" by lara lee everyone seemed to be pronouncing it moh-g.
p.s. modulations is a really in depth breakdown of the
evolution of the techno/dance music culture/music from the 70's till
now highly recomended viewing!! includes Bob moog interviews and all
the leading underground names (www.modulations.com)
