I'm not sure who makes it.  I think it was, in fact, an RC4151, so maybe it

is an extinct Raytheon part.  The Chroma service notes refer to it as a 
"charge pump oscillator".  I'm sure I've seen it in some part catalogs in
the 
last year - possibly Jameco.  I have a look around.<

Hi Michael:
The RC4151 was made by Raytheon, although my 1994 databook doesn't show it,
it only shows a RC4152 and RC4153, the 4152 has the same pinout, but some
specifications differ.  The 4153 has a different pinout.  All three parts
are described as a "voltage to frequency convertor".

Exar makes a XR-4151, probably a second source.
