I'm not sure who makes it.  I think it was, in fact, an RC4151, so maybe it 
is an extinct Raytheon part.  The Chroma service notes refer to it as a 
"charge pump oscillator".  I'm sure I've seen it in some part catalogs in the 
last year - possibly Jameco.  I have a look around.

BTW, I have an old Rhodes Chroma dual voice board sitting around here, from 
the days when I used to do warranty work for Fender.  It's brand new and 
wrapped in anti-static, so I'm sure it works fine.  One of these days, I plan 
to build a little test jig so I can see how it performs as an anaolg synth 
module (it has two VCO's, waveshaping, psusedo-ring mod, two multimode CEM 
filters, and two CEM VCA's).  I'll try adjusting the VCO cap values for 
high-frequency use when I do this.
