Somebody on the swedish analog synth list had talked to the Clavia developers about this, and got the impression that they don't. They model the ideal behaviour of analog modules, but not the little imperfections that might make the sound more "analog". Maybe the japanese, with their huge R&D departments, have done more in this respect.
