flamewars

If my designs would be attacked in an unfair or stupid manner and I
would be absolutely shure that it worked the way it should and I had
pubished this in the right way, I know I am in a strong position. So,
best would be to not respond at all. The experienced readers on the list
would have their own thoughts anyway.

The second best would be simply offering some measurement figures
together with the measurement method that simply shows how good (or bad)
the design is.

This is maybe a general problem: designs are published, but without
any measurement figures. I mean, if e.g. the vco tracking curve would be
displayed @ 20C, 30C, 40C and 50C Ta, there is no further need for
discussion about the design. (Well, only the margin question would remain,
is it possible to build another such good module, if components vary?
See R.A. Pease: Analog Troubleshooting).

Please stop this kind of "words" flame war, boys!

You'll gain nothing out of it. Look at the Kosovo problem to see the
final end of such behaviour.

Instead go to the lab and offer some reasonable figures!
