Hi Martin:

I have a copy I bought 20+ years ago, I don't know if it is currently
available, but if you can find one, buy it.  Highly recommended.
Much of the really useful information in the book, such as formulas and
plots for calculating loop stability, and examples of general opamp
circuits, are still handy to have.  It also has a section on the history of
the first monolythic opamps which I found to be interesting.
