rackmount enclosures

Can anyone recommend a source for a rackmount enclosure?

I have the guts from a Fairlight CVI that I'd like to rack up.  The back
panel is there, as well as the control panel, but the rest of the actual
enclosure is gone.  I'd have to look at it again, but I think it's a 4
space panel.

This doesn't look like it would be too hard to put together, but what do
I know?  ;-)
