I just read my last post.....Jeeez. Where do I
get off getting up on a soap box like that?
I'm not running for office!

All I wanted to say was that all standards
should be "de facto". The best ideas are
usually universally recognized as the best 
ideas. Better ideas are "borrowed" as 
soon as they are available. They soon 
become the standard. It's an evolution 
thing...
