MOTM FracRack dimensions

The MOTM panels are 0.025 SMALLER than John quoted to allow for "slop" in
manufacture. The corner
holes of overdrilled on purpose to allow the panels to "jiggle" in the rails
so you can fit them in tightly without
overlap.
