I second this. I am not particularly good at laying out complex circuits, and
I don't find etching or drilling pcbs very enjoyable. I would certainly like
to pitch in on a run of pcbs for the circuits you mention and many others.

I also like the MOTM layout. And my preference is 1/4" phone jacks.
