Just make 2 of them, and put them in the same box, and use dual pots everywhere.
Of the dual pots, one half goes to board  1, the other to board 2.
Only problem is the resonance control, you may need to pad around a bit or the
2 halves might resonate at slightly different settings.

And stereo in and out jacks, of course.
