SSM 2044

unfortunately, the Barry Klein Book is not available in book shops,
here.
I need schems for the SSM2044 (ADSR), which are in this book (someone
in the list mentioned this). I have the schems of the Korg Polysix, with
the
curcuit around the 2044 chip used there, but the resistor values are a
bit
unusual. Also, I only want to use Attack and Decay as a voltage
controlled
input, the other ones should be driven per pots. Not too complicated,
but I
don't have any chip specifications on the 2044. 
Someone, who can help me ?
