env-2a note

Hi all,

I couldn't reach tomg directly so I'm just sending this to synth-diy in
the hopes that he or somebody else who is having the same problem will get
it. 

The diagram for tomg's env-2a has an error: The diode going from 555 pin 4
to 4016 pin 5 is reversed. The cathode should point towards the 555, not
towards the 4016. 

My ADSR was acting strangely... the release pot was acting like a second
sustain, so I sat down and dun figgered it out. After I switched the 4148
around, the release stage acted exactly as I would expect it to.
