To those in NY

A long time ago I posted questions on how to fix my broken scope, and I
wanted to thank all of you who sent helpfull replies.  Sadly, I don't
think I am ready for this one.  I think I have high voltage, but still no
display on the screen.  Also, I see no warm light coming from the tube's 
base (I've noticed this glow on other cathode ray tubes and I
assumed it was the heating elements).  Maybe I need a new tube on
for my scope... I've decided to go have it fixed, so the question
is, who out there (living in the New York Metropolitan area) can recomend
the right place to take my Tenma)?  Or should I ship it somewhere? 

Any last minute comments?
