Thanks for the timely warning. I looked at the Zetex data sheet for the
ZDT717. They call this a "dual", but it probably is a double. I think
this because they specify thermal characteristics for "any single die
on" and "both die (sic) on equally". Also no V_be matching is specified.
They don't come right out and say it though.
