polyvcf question

I am going to try to build a poly vcf.  I am curious if there is
anything special i need to know? (other than electronics) The schematic
i got only has abbreviated ic number.  i.e..... 3080.  Is this a
lm3080?  1458?   I am not new at this but i have been out of the
designing thing for a few years.  If anyone has any info on this filter
the info will be appreciated.  I got the diagram from synth fool.
