oh, i forgot,
If you are computerminded, you could buy a second hand 386,
install win31, a cheap soundcard with midi-output,
and use a utility like Hubi's Joystick-program. You should be
able to find Hubi's utilities on any midi-specialized shareware site.
Then with a joystick or 2 footpedals you can send 2 different
controls simultanuously. Other midi-events can also be programmed.
