Charlie Tilson was a friend of Paul Schrieber, the owner of the
Synthtech site, seller of CEM chips, designer of the Module of the Month
series, etc.  A few months back, Paul posted about Charlie's cancer, and
held a mini-fundraiser for Charlie's treatment: all of the SynthTech
proceeds through a certain date would go towards paying off Charlie's
medical bills.  Charlie's wife had posted to the list before, thanking
people for their support.
