ICL8038, 8048/49

Probably the most alluring feature of the 8038 is a good sine wave
output. The freq is pretty stable but there are better solutions for
modular VCO use.

They are not all that easy to use either but there is a cheat sheet
(Application Note) available from the manufacturers web site.
