If you are really "in" to this sort of stuff, get the Holy Bible of Analog Design:
"Analog Integrated Circuits" (3rd Edition) by Gray and Meyer, published by Wiley.
Next best thing to have Doug Curtis looking over your shoulder!

Subject: Current mirror math
Hi guys,
Could someone either email me the math formulas for current mirrors,
specifically in regards to temperature compensation, or send me the URL
for the DIY archive so I can hunt it down? ;)
Thanks in advance,
Tony
