Hi!

The Serge knobs can be seen at:

They are the no 1900 ones. I guess STS orders them in customized format
from Davies as they say they can put any marking you like on the knobs.
Don't know what the minimum quantity would be, though...

Also I could bet my right arm that Buchla used the ones seen at:
http://www.thomasregister.com/olc/daviesmolding/inst-kno.htm

Numbers 1600 & 1610...what d'ya think?
