if the master is going up to 1 volt peak, then let a sub osc go to say
0.667 volt. And, it is subsequently multiplied by 1.5.
Now., if the master osc is changed in frequency, the master still goes
to 1 volt peak.
And, what the sub oscillator does, depends on the current being integrated
by it. If the integrating current is proportional to the current fed to the
master oscillator, then there is no problem, I think.
