Drawing programs

I used a very nice system from  Douglas Electronics in the early 90's.  The
software cost $100 and was quite usable for manual entry with no schematic
capture.  You could even upload your files to their BBS and they would send
you film or make the whole board.  I remember their prices as being
reasonable for small quantities.  Douglas is the east San Francisco bay
