I think Rb is pretty undefined. Humidity, pressure, dirt, fat etc.
This could cause enourmous problems.

I think the idea to let (little) currents flow through parts of a human
body is questionable. You won't get hurt, if the current is small, but
in the long run? How do cells react to this? The whole communication in
our bodys works with very little currents and potentials.

This is of course also true for the electro magnetic dirt arround us every
day. Radio, TV, cellular radio, satellite, and the omnipresent 50/60Hz
hum from power supplys. Good question, if this is so healthy.
