SOT means "Select On Test" or "Set On Test". You are supposed to
measure some parameter of the circuit, or otherwise test the circuit,
with a trimpot connected, adjust the trimpot for the desired result,
then disconnect and measure the trimpot,
and then install the appropriate resistor in its place.
With no more than a "SOT" label on the schemo, good luck!
You really need something like "select for minimum offset" or
"select for minimum output noise" to know what to look for when
adjusting the pot.

I speculate tha "encl" would refer to an enclosed trimpot, as oposed to an
"open frame" type. Don't know about "hor", though. Also, who ever
heard of a 22K trimpot? It seems to me you would only be able to
purchase 10K, 20K, 50K,..etc. values, but I could be wrong...
