AW: LM13600 VCO - latest report

Boy am I glad to hear I'm not the only one to have trouble with the
LM13600 writeup! For example, where exactly is the current path
represented by I_D/2 --> -V_S in Figure 1? Does anybody understand the
derivation for the linearization?
