some answers

this thing is sensitive, that's true. when i connected two vcas
in series, it became a nice thermo-sensor.
change was noticable (dual vco: ssm and digital at the same f)
when gently blowing toward the chip!
as i mentioned earlier, heatting the chip up to about 50 deg. C
would cause 2-3 semitones change in frequency

i admit, was too excited when i got the chips to check
datasheet for details other than pinout.

i finished and tested all parts of the design. now i'll make it
on preliminary pcb and get ready to fight with tempco.
